Individual Sessions with SATU unlimited!

In indigenous cultures, whenever a member of the community was experiencing a mental, physical or spiritual challenge, he or she would visit the shaman for guidance. The guidance would include journeys, totem animals, soul retrievals, extractions and other ceremonies known only by the shaman. Today, in urban shamanism, the shift is for individuals to learn to do much of this for themselves. Workshops and Healing Circles, for example, teach people how to journey, how to find totem animals and how to connect with spirit all on

their own. These important skills teach a person much about themselves and their lives.

There are advanced ceremonies and traditions however, that are best addressed in an individual session led by an experienced shamanic practitioner.

Totem (Power) Animal/Spirit Guide Retrieval Designed for people who are not interested in journeying themselves but would like information on their guides or for those struggling in their own journeys to find clarity on their totem animal. Soul Coaching Using meditation techniques, Satu works with the individual to help them tap into the voice of their true self or ‘soul self’. Through this process, individuals can find information about how to move through their struggles, what their life purpose is and what their next steps are as well as much more about themselves and their individual path.

Soul Retrieval When a trauma occurs, part of who we are separates in order to survive the experience; in psychology, this is referred to as disassociation while in shamanic work, we call it ‘soul loss’. Click below for more on Soul Retrieval
